Shane articled at a Big Four accounting firm before moving into finance leadership roles, where he has built and run finance functions for companies ranging from early-stage, pre-revenue startups to organizations generating more than $500 million in revenue — including time inside both private-equity backed and publicly traded (NYSE-listed) companies. He's also a founder himself, having built and successfully exited a software company, and brings deep experience leading change management and process improvement initiatives.
